ROSNY VET COOKERY AND HOSPITALITY
The 2024 Achievers event was held in March this year and students from the VET Cookery class prepared canape items for 250 people while students from the VET Hospitality class served the food and served a range of drinks.
The event went smoothly with very little left over at the end. Students were able to develop skills of filleting Ocean Trout, making beetroot cured gravadlax and preparing canape items suitable for serving a large group of people in a short period of time. It was a great success and hands on learning experience.
